Special Populations and Personal Training

1 hour Session : £55*
* All training sessions are an hour in length, although the first session will include a free 30 minute consultation used to assess your goals and current state of fitness enabling us to design a specified program for your individual needs.

Performance training and video analysis

1 hour session : £250*
*Price is inclusive of insurance, equipment hire and a cd copy of your session.

Group Training

Find a friend or two who want to train with you and we can provide the same quality service for a FRACTION of the price!
2 Participants - £30 per person/session
3 Participants - £25 per person/session

Massage

40 Minute Therapy Session : £40
